After making an order, you will receive an email from us accepting your order. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you the confirmatory email referred to above. The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you this email.
Your order is an offer to purchase which, if accepted, will result in a binding contract. Your offer to purchase is accepted by MOH, when you have received an email dispatch confirmation.
Your contract to purchase is not complete until we send you an e-mail of order confirmation within next 5 working days from the date of receipt of order.
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT and include delivery costs. Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices, as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of the rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after the Contract between us has been formed.

By submitting an order to us through our site, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
You may cancel a Contract at any time within 30 days; beginning on the day after you received the Products. Please see the information pages for full details including our returns policy. You must return the Product(s) to us immediately at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the Product(s) and that they are not damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective Products.
We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that fully insures you for the value of the goods. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

In an effort to protect our customers, all orders placed at MOHLONDON.COM and screened and security checked for fraud. We advice you to include a valid telephone numbers and email address with your order so we can contact you if we need you to confirm its authenticity. All checkers are made for the security and safe shopping of our customers. We may ask you to confirm certain elements of your order, which may include the billing or delivery address. We reserve the rights to refuse any orders from a customer where the following situations are applicable:
Incorrect credit / debit card number, expiration date or security code.
Incorrect billing Information (billing information you provide is different from information your credit card company / bank has on record).
Insufficient / incorrect shipping address (street, town/city, country or postal code).
Fraudulent information.
We may cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history. Members can invite other friends to join the MOHLONDON.COM. Members also have the option of recommending sales campaigns or individual products to third parties by e-mail. Members undertake to forward newsletters, sales campaigns and product recommendations only to the e-mail addresses of existing, living natural persons who have previously expressed an interest in this regard and who have explicitly consented to receive the corresponding e-mail. All Promotion codes will be subject to verification at time of presentation and MOH reserves the right to withdraw promotion codes at any given time. Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and may be redeemed only once per transaction. All MOH online promotion codes can be redeemed on goods of a higher value on payment of the difference. MOH promotion codes cannot be exchanged for cash or for goods already supplied or ordered. MOH normal terms and conditions of purchase (as varied by these terms and conditions) apply to items purchased with a promotion code.
