If you would like to order, you can use the order process on our website to place an order.
Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase and placed them in your basket, you will be guided through the checkout process by a series of on-screen instructions. You place an order by clicking the [ADD TO BAG] button at the end of the checkout process. We may seek pre-authorisation at the point you place your order, but we will take payment for the goods at the point we notify you the goods are ready for dispatch.
The prices for the Products indicated on our Website at checkout include all taxes, including VAT, which may be payable in respect of the Product(s) but excludes the delivery costs which will be automatically added to the total amount due when you view your items in your Shopping Bag. Once we have received your order through our site, we will send you an email, to the email address that you have provided to us acknowledging receipt of the order. These emails do not constitute acceptance of your order.
If we have rejected your order, other than for fraudulent purposes, we will send an email informing you of the reason for the rejection.

The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT and include delivery costs. You may cancel a Contract at any time within 30 days; beginning on the day after you received the Products. Please see the information pages for full details including our returns policy. You must return the Product(s) to us immediately at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the Product(s) and that they are not damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective Products.
We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that fully insures you for the value of the goods. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

In an effort to protect our customers, all orders placed at MOHLONDON.COM and screened and security checked for fraud. We advice you to include a valid telephone numbers and email address with your order so we can contact you if we need you to confirm its authenticity. All checkers are made for the security and safe shopping of our customers. We may ask you to confirm certain elements of your order, which may include the billing or delivery address. We reserve the rights to refuse any orders from a customer where the following situations are applicable:
Incorrect credit / debit card number, expiration date or security code.
Incorrect billing Information (billing information you provide is different from information your credit card company / bank has on record).

All Promotion codes will be subject to verification at time of presentation and MOH reserves the right to withdraw promotion codes at any given time. Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and may be redeemed only once per transaction. All MOH online promotion codes can be redeemed on goods of a higher value on payment of the difference. MOH promotion codes cannot be exchanged for cash or for goods already supplied or ordered. MOH normal terms and conditions of purchase (as varied by these terms and conditions) apply to items purchased with a promotion code.
