Standard Engraving:
The standard engraving technique uses technology to create characters which are then engraved onto your chosen piece.
We’re excited just to be a part of your big day or proposal! We’re happy to offer free engraving or any band or ring.
Certain eternity rings and bands cannot be engraved. Please contact us if you have specific questions about your chosen style. We will contact you to explain if a ring or band you ordered cannot be engraved for any reason.
The best placement for engraving will be decided by our engravers as it depends on the shape and size available on surface area.
Kindly note we do not accept returns on engraved pieces. For additional options or information and assistance with custom engraving, please contact our Customer Care team.
Please allow an additional five (5) working days for delivery of standard engraved items and an additional ten (10) working days for hand-engraved and monogrammed pieces.
Time frames for custom designs may be provided upon request and at peak times of the year the amount of time to engrave a design may change. Please contact our Customer Care team.

Klarna is available for purchases up to £4000 with pay now, up to £2500 when paying in instalments and up to £2500 when paying after 30 days.
Bank Transfers: Bank Transfers are also accepted. This method of payment safeguards both parties of the transaction and is a very convenient method for high-value transactions. In order to pay by Bank Transfer, please contact our Customer Care . Please note that processing purchases by Bank Transfer can take up to 6 business days.
