Our external packaging makes no reference to our brand name or jewellery. This is to ensure that the precious contents are not advertised. However, the packaging on the inside is elegant MOH Gift Box and ready to be presented to that special person.
For shipping, fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap and securely packed in an outer carton.
On the product page you will find delivery date estimation. You will receive an email with tracking details once your item has been shipped. Kindly note some bespoke order depend on the complexity of the design takes longer time to develop so allow at least 4-5 weeks for the delivery. We will update you via email about your engagement ring development journey.
Engagement rings have a 30-day return policy, which is activated from the date of receipt. We offer all our customers a 30-day money back guarantee. You may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange for another item. When you return an item we will issue your refund immediately, or arrange for an exchange for another item of your choice (the value does not have to be the same, as we will either refund you/take payment for the difference). Once your purchase is complete and you have received delivery if there is fine tuning that needs to be make it the perfect piece for you we will do our upmost to ensure that we can do that for you straight away. Also it’s good idea to polish your ring once a year and check all the setting is perfect and secure. We are happy to help please contact our Customer Care.

Klarna is available for purchases up to £4000 with pay now, up to £2500 when paying in instalments and up to £2500 when paying after 30 days.
Bank Transfers: Bank Transfers are also accepted. This method of payment safeguards both parties of the transaction and is a very convenient method for high-value transactions. In order to pay by Bank Transfer, please contact our Customer Care . Please note that processing purchases by Bank Transfer can take up to 6 business days.
Also note that additional validation may be required. Orders must be placed with a valid billing and shipping address*. Your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order. All transactions are secured. Our website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. We do not keep any credit card information.
