Our showrooms do not have an on-site bench jeweller available, and any services required for your piece will be handled by our off-site team. If you would like to have your piece serviced, kindly schedule a service drop-off appointment at one of our showrooms. Please be aware that not all of our showrooms have the facilities to accept customer merchandise for drop-off.

At present at our retail partner showroom, we do not have allocated parking for the visitors however you’ll be pleased to know there are a number of car parks close to Hatton garden - London.

Although we don't currently provide a home try-on program for our pieces, we strongly encourage you to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment with one of our Diamond Experts. They are well-equipped to showcase our designs and guide you in choosing the perfect style for your needs.

The timing is entirely your choice. Some customers opt for same-day appointments, while others prefer to take their time to explore options and select the ideal diamond. Please keep in mind that you can find the estimated ship-by date on the product page, during the checkout process, and in your order confirmation email. If an invoice is issued to you directly, your Diamond Expert will provide the ship-by date upon completing your purchase."

Although you can absolutely book an appointment (service drop-off) at any of our UK retail partner, please be aware that we do not provide on-site services. Your design will be dispatched from a showroom to one of our skilled jewellers for servicing. Once the work is completed, it will be shipped back to your specified address.

Yes! We have our retail partner in London. You can book your in-person appointment here. If you're unable to visit our showrooms, you can schedule a virtual appointment. Our Diamond Experts will be able to walk you through our diamonds and settings at the comfort of your home.

Our diamonds are stored securely off-site and won't be available for viewing during a virtual appointment. However, we maintain a selection of diamonds available for in-person viewing at our London office by appointment.

Here's an overview of our general custom policies:

1. Custom jewellery is considered a Final Sale, and as such, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or remakes.
2. For custom engagement rings and wedding bands, our Lifetime Care Package includes one complimentary resize if the ring allows (please note that full pavé, eternity styles, and some other setting styles are not eligible). The resize can be within one full size up or down (2 sizes up or down in European and UK sizes). Additionally, the package covers annual cleanings and our Lifetime Warranty.
3. Custom engagement rings are eligible for our Diamond Upgrade Program.
4. For custom engagement rings, the center diamonds must be 1ct or larger, and we require a minimum spend of £2,500 GBP for both the center diamond and the setting.
5. For other jewellery styles, we require a minimum spend of £3,000 GBP.
6. The minimum estimated lead time for custom jewellery, from the initial stages to completion, is 3 to 4 weeks. However, this timeframe may be shorter or longer depending on the complexity of the design.
7. Once the final CAD (Computer-Aided Design) is approved, the production time is estimated to be 14 business days.
8. Please note that MOH retains ownership of any CADs and jewellery design imagery created during the custom process.
9. Gift codes and discounts are not applicable to custom designs.

Certainly! Our space is intimate and can comfortably host up to two guests during each appointment. You're welcome to invite your partner, a friend, or a family member to join you.

Our Diamond Experts are at your service six days a week, offering virtual appointments, and are available for in-person consultations at our London office from Monday to Saturday, between 11:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

We recommend scheduling an appointment for your showroom visit, especially during weekends, to guarantee the availability of a Diamond Expert at your designated time. Walk-ins, when feasible, will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our dedicated diamond experts have received specialized training to assist you in selecting the ideal MOH created diamond for your jewellery piece. Also, we are delighted to address any inquiries you may have regarding our fine jewellery collection as well!"

During your fine jewellery appointment, you'll have a one-on-one session with one of MOH's diamond experts. This can be done either through a video call or in person. Additionally, you can explore our range of ready-made pieces and gain insights into the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat) and the available metal options. Feel free to attend the appointment solo, or you can also invite a partner, family member, or friend to join you.

Although cancellations are infrequent, we are more than happy to include your details on our waitlist! Please contact us via email, specifying your appointment preference (for an engagement ring or wedding band), any preferred day or time, and your time zone.

Our scheduling system simplifies the process of rescheduling. In your appointment confirmation email, you will find a link to "Change/Cancel Appointment" for your convenience.

Engagement ring appointments typically have a scheduled duration of up to 45 minutes, while wedding band and fine jewellery appointments are scheduled for up to 30 minutes. However, you are welcome to take as much time as you require during the appointment; it's entirely up to you!
