DELIVERY RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Please be aware that, during exceptional circumstances, delivery times may vary.Please be advised that we are currently experiencing some delays in UK deliveries due to Royal Mail experiencing high volumes of shipments. We have also revised our delivery timeframes to EU countries due to Brexit.
DELIVERY TIMES
Please note that order shipments may take up to 6-7 business days.Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online.
Free United Kingdom Delivery
All of our orders come with free delivery with the Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (by1pm) service. All of our parcels require a signature at the delivery addressand are fully insured up until the point that they are signed for. We urge all our customers to inspect the parcel for damage or tampering before signing for receipt. You will be sent a confirmation email on the day of dispatch. If your item has not been signed for, it will be returned to your local sorting office, which you can collect with some form of identification.
FREE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer free international delivery by FedEx Priority on all orders. We are happy to send the goods by an alternative courier but would need to charge you the delivery costs.The estimated delivery date particular to your country will be shown at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order. Where possible, orders leave in the next available mail-out between Monday and Friday.
A signature will be required and if you are not available to accept the parcel FedEx will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange.
If we're unable to dispatch your order immediately we'll give you an estimated dispatch date. Typically our alternative dispatch times (depending on the jewellery item you ordered) are usually 3 - 7 days.
Note that even in countries which we will deliver to, there may be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependent on the country of export/import. Please contact us in the event that you are in a country which is not listed as we may still be willing to deliver, at our discretion.
Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery including customs clearance.
Import duties and taxes
If you make an order to a country outside of the European Union (EU), your country's customs office may ask you to pay import duties and taxes on the jewellery. Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. MOH has no control over these charges and we suggest consulting with your local customs office if you are unfamiliar with the charge that will apply. MOH is not responsible for any international duties or taxes incurred.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items are dispatched between 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order. If you require the item immediately we can fast track the order with an additional fee please contact us.
Note: Ring sizes below H and above Y are made to order and are non-returnable.
DELIVERY OF STOCK ITEMS
Stock items will be dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order. If you need it immediately please contact us before 3pm on the day of order by email or telephone and we will arrange next day delivery, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.
PACKAGING
All orders packaged in a plain and discreet manner, in accordance with our secure packaging in transit policy. Our external packaging makes no reference to our brand name or jewellery. This is to ensure that the precious contents are not advertised. However, the packaging inside is elegant MOH Gift Box and ready to be presented to that special person.
DELIVERY AT DIFFERENT ADDRESS
We can definitely ship your ring to an alternative address, but to avoid the risk of fraudulent transactions being made, we ask that you register the alternative address with your credit card provider prior to making a purchase. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate delivery address be on file with your credit card company.
REGIONAL RESTRICTIONS
Please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas. We apologise that some deliveries to Northern Ireland could be delayed by Irish Customs. Unfortunately for specific rural areas we may offer limited delivery options - you will be notified of this at checkout.
We are sorry that we are unable to process orders to:
- P.O Box addresses.
- British Forces Postal Office addresses.
- The Channel Islands.
LIABILITY
MOH does not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all responsibility of the goods.
DISTRIBUTION AND RECEPTION
To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.
Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may arrive in one or more delivery.
Some orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a telephone number or delivery card for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
