Returns Policy

Fragrance

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your fragrance order within 30 days of delivery. Online purchases cannot be returned to our showroom — please follow the process below.

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your online fragrance order within 30 days of delivery for any reason. To do so, contact us clearly within that period — by email, phone, or through our Contact Us page.

Note: if you purchased your fragrance through a retail partner or department store, their returns policy applies — please contact them directly.

Condition of Returns

All items must be returned:

  • Unused and with authentic labels intact
  • In original, sealed packaging
  • With any promotional gifts included with the order

If goods are returned in an unsellable condition, we may not accept the return or may offer only a partial refund. We will notify you by telephone or email if this is the case.

Exclusions

Your right to return does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed after delivery
  • Goods that have deteriorated or expired

Return Shipping

Unless the goods are faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning them. Please obtain proof of postage or a tracking reference — we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit cannot be exchanged or refunded.

How to Return — Step by Step

Notify Us

Contact our team within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return. We will confirm the return address and any specific instructions.

Package Securely

Place the item in its original, sealed packaging. Use a well-padded envelope or outer box to prevent damage in transit. Obtain proof of postage — items lost before reaching us cannot be refunded.

Post Your Return

Send the parcel using a tracked courier service. For fragrance items, ensure compliance with Royal Mail and any other carrier packaging and labelling guidelines for hazardous materials.

Inspection & Refund

Once received, all returns are inspected. If the item is in an acceptable condition, your refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method, excluding any premium delivery charges.
