Yes, we offer a one-year warranty for any manufacturing defects for all fine jewellery rings as well as a lifetime warranty for all genuine stones. This does not cover damages caused by improper use or storage of the jewelry, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. A £50 deposit will be charged to cover shipping and the evaluation. Upon inspection, if we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and provide you a quote for the repair, if available.
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If we determine your piece is defective, we are happy to offer a complementary repair or replacement if need be. The charge will be refunded if the repairs are covered under warranty. Shipping and handling fees will be covered for customers based in the UK only.
