OUR RETURNS POLICY

 

If you’re not happy with your product for any reason, you can return your jewellery within 30 days of your order’s delivery date for a full  refund. We will process all refunds within 10 working days, subject to receipt and quality inspection. We will notify you via phone or email.

Important Note: We cannot accept any jewellery that is bespoke or engraved, anything that has been already resized. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse return of any item that does not meet our return requirements according to Gemsake sole discretion. Our assessment department will verify all returns before any refunds can be processed.  

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Kindly inform us that you would like to return an order by sending us an email to <span >service@gemsake.com It is very important that when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, as well as your details. Please clearly state whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you require. The cost of returning the item to us is your liability. Please use the original packaging for the return.

You can arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to us through any postal service of your choice. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection; we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

International Returns Note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods' or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our goods.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please email us so that we can assist you. We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession.

EXPLAIN THE PAYMENT METHOD FOR REFUNDS?

We'll always issue a refund to the same tender you used when buying your jewellery from us. (This could be a credit or debit card, PayPal, bank transfer or another payment method).

Please note that refunds can take 7 to 10 days to show up on your card, bank or PayPal balance. This is not due to a delay on our part, but down to your card company. Some credit cards or banks simply take longer to process refunds.
